Terms of Service

Information about shipping, payments, refunds, and your rights under the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act (Konsumentköplagen, KKL).

Shipping

  • Domestic shipping within Sweden: free.
  • International shipping: from 149 SEK. The exact shipping cost is shown at checkout and may vary by destination, weight, and service.
  • Orders usually ship within 14 days of order confirmation. We reserve the right to ship within a reasonable time, but no later than 30 days from the order date.
  • International customers: local import duties, taxes, and fees may be charged by your customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility.

Payment Terms

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. We accept major debit/credit cards and supported wallets (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay). Your payment method is charged when the order is confirmed. Prices are shown in SEK. For domestic orders, prices include VAT. For international orders, VAT handling follows the applicable rules for the destination.

Order Confirmation & Receipt

After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and a receipt link. Keep this email for your records and warranty claims.

Your Rights (Konsumentköplagen, KKL)

  • If a product is defective or does not conform to the agreement, you are entitled to remedies under KKL, such as repair, replacement, price reduction, or a refund where applicable.
  • Report defects within a reasonable time after discovery. Contact us with your order number and photos so we can assess the issue.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

  • Our lamps are custom-made to your specifications. As such, the statutory right of withdrawal under the Distance Selling Act generally does not apply to custom-made goods.
  • Returns are accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or transport damage. Please notify us promptly and no later than 7 days after delivery or delivery attempt. We will provide return or replacement instructions.
  • If a discretionary return is approved for a non-defective custom item, it must be unused and in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs may apply and are non-refundable.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once processed, it can take 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can help. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution. We will cooperate with your bank and strive to resolve any dispute fairly and promptly.

Issues with Delivery

  • If your order is significantly delayed, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
  • If your parcel appears lost or arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days of delivery or delivery attempt so we can investigate with the carrier.

Issues with Product

For manufacturing defects or damage in transit, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with KKL.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law always apply.
